Can't get Eway rapid API work

Hello,
I just purchase EE3 the latest version, now I need to setup my eWay sandbox, but it doesn’t work. It just return this “An error has occured in the using of the Eway Rapid 3.0 payment gateway. Please try a different gateway” when I click pay by credit cart.

How can I deal with this problem? I quite don’t understand what Rapid 3.0 API Username is since I used to use Gravity Form eWay integration, it only requires API key and API password, customer ID, that’s all and it worked at the first time.

Hi there,

You can get the Rapid 3.0 API Username from your Eway account.

Thanks for your reply.
Now I want to test Sandbox first, so I should use sandbox username, right? I tried sandbox username or account username with API password but both don’t work.

You can get Sandbox credentials by creating a developer account and then logging into the eWay sandbox site located here:

https://sandbox.myeway.com.au/
