Can't find where to change the ticket recipient to add the BCC admin email

hey hey! Can I be told how to find the [recipient] field so I can at the [recipient],admin@email.com field?? I need to add a BCC for all ticket sales records.

Hi there,

Are you not using the Event Admin context in EE messages?

For example, the Event Admin context should be enabled for the ‘Registration Approved’ message type by default, that message is only sent when a ticket is set to ‘Approved’ which in EE means a ticket is sold.

May I ask which specific message are you looking to receive a copy of? There may be another method to do what you are trying to do.
