Hi Hector,
You should be all set to make those changes now. In the future if you run into this again, you can click the Screen Options tab on the upper right corner of the event editor screen. That will open up a panel that shows a list of options with checkboxes. This screenshot shows the options that were disabled and needed to be enabled again.

Hi Josh,
Thanks for you help. I made some progress, but I still have some problems.
When I try to remove certain datetimes and price modifiers, they are locked (“this datetime can no longer be duplicated or deleted because tickets associated with this datetime have already been sold”).
We have already settled this with our customers, of course, and I need to find a way to unlock this. How can I proceed? Thanks

Hello,
If there have been some registrations for the event for the ticket option, then it will become locked so that there is not a loss of information from accidentally deleting a ticket option that was previously used.
Is the ticket option appearing on the single event page where your registrants/attendees register?

Couple of examples:
In this one, I managed to update the week one and two, but in the bottom, it still shows week three

In this one, I want to take out the convenience and registration fees and the -50% variable from Week one

Hi Hector,
So for that first event where you want to remove the third week, you click the gear icon, then uncheck the boxes for the two tickets, then you can delete the datetime. I went ahead and deleted that one since you sent the log in details for the support token.
For the second event, you can remove the price modifiers by clicking on the gear icon in the ticket row, then you click on the little trash can icon to delete each price modifier.
