I have a Registration that I can see in WordPress, but can not locate record of in Paypal. I have searched using the “TXN ID/CHQ#” that your software is reporting. I have also searched by his name and email. I have also reviewed all transactions made on that day. And nothing. Seems very weird to me. Do you have any insight on this? I have also searched by email, first name, and last name. You can see screenshots of each. I even expanded the date range. I have a bunch of records I am going to need to research from 2 years ago before covid screwed everything up.
