Can't edit "ticket " information in event once it has been saved

I can create an event and edit the main description, but once I hit save the “settings” gear doesn’t work. I can’t edit the ticket description other than the first line of the title.

Hi there,

This usually means a plugin is causing a JavaScript error to be thrown on the ticket editor as its loading something it should on our editor.

If you open up Chrome dev tools (or similar) when looking at the event editor and look in the ‘console’ section, can you see any errors there?
