Hi, have you already tested with all other plugins deactivated?

We’ll need those troubleshooting steps to be completed as that will be helpful in knowing where the issue is coming from.

Additionally, we aren’t seeing this issue on any of our internal testing sites so there may be something else occurring on your site.

Thanks.

Lorenzo

It’s two plugins which causes the problem:
– WangGuard
– Ultimate Under Construction page

I need both.

There’s another one
– Limit Login Attempts

Hi, we use Limit Login Attempts on our demo sites so I don’t think that plugin is causing this issue.

I went ahead and loaded all of them on other site and the issue does not appear:

Could you run some additional testing?

Thanks

Updated EE4 to lates version and activated Wangguard again.
Now I see the code but still not the tabs for Visual and Text.

Hi,

I tried those plugins with EE4.6.0 and did not see any issues.

Can you confirm that if all plugins except EE are deactivated, that the issue goes away?

Yes, I can confirm that.
And what if I need these plugins?
As soon we go online I don’t need the construction page anymore, but the others.
Anyhow, I wait for another update.

Hi Heinz,

Disabling them is to see if a particular plugin is causing the issue, and if so we can try to find a resolution if one exists.

OK, so if the issue goes away with all the plugins deactivated, please try enabling them one by one and testing for the issue each time so we can clarify which plugin is actually causing the issue.
