I just purchased a business license for Event Espresso 3 and I can’t download the files. I see the download, but when I click on it, nothing happens. The page refreshes but the download doesn’t start.
That’s strange, I can’t see any issues on your account. I’ve alerted our sales team who are investigating your account currently.
Just to help narrow down the issue, are you using downloads from the top (My plugins) or the list in the sidebar further down your account page? (https://eventespresso.com/users/fndadmin/)
If you right click and do ‘Save as..’ or similar does the download start?
Your account appears to be configured correctly. Could you let us know the web browser that you are using?
Also, could you try downloading from an alternative browser?
For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, then please try Chrome or Firefox.
