Hi Please Please! Someone help solve this its driving me crazy! #GDPR removal of Registrations. Our conference runs yearly and we have a setup where we have one main event then multiple events that are used as workshops and are bookable separately. You have to be registered for the main event to book the workshops. 1. Can you tell me what is removed if i go to maintenance>Reset Event Espresso Tables i have many customisation’s to the site and i don’t want to loose any? I have about 2000 transactions and registrations i need to remove but a lot cant be removed manually using the steps you have outlined here… https://eventespresso.com/topic/how-to-delete-registrations/ I have read many other posts about clearing out old registrations but none seem to mention if an event is sold for free or are linked to other transactions made at different times. I keep getting this error… An error has occurred: Thanks for your time. |

I should have said we want to reuse the workshop events so do not want them and the people plugin related data tied to those workshops effected we just want the registrations and transactions removing so when people register this year they will not see last years transactions or bookings in their user areas. Thanks |

All event data, registration data, transactions, line items, venue data, customizations to message templates, and active add-on data, are deleted when the Reset Event Espresso Tables button is clicked. Before you click that button it’s advised to make a backup of the database. |

Hi Josh I spent most of the night doing this manually (I wish you guys could find a solution to just removing transactions and registrations for GDPR is there something in the works?) I have hundreds of these in my bin which i cant delete can you advise as to how i can remove them please ideally usuing a database tool rathet than by hand?…. Thanks! |

Hi Josh I just found this and used it to remove the final few that were not able to be removed manually. Your other option would be to use a database tool to manually remove transactions and registrations from the database. These are stored within the esp_registrations and esp_transactions table, with related data stored in the esp_registration_payment and esp_payment tables. Thanks for your help! |
