When I add a new event, fill out the details (including all required fields) and click “submit new event” the page refreshes to a new blank event and all my newly entered data is gone. In event overview it is nowhere to be seen. I checked the WP error logs for clues as to where the error may be occurring and am not seeing anything relevent to the issue.
I’m using EE version 3.1.36.4.P and WordPress version 4.7.1.
Why can’t I create new events? Any help appreciated.

Hi Robert,
There have been security updates to WordPress which require updates to Event Espresso 3 to be compatible with those WordPress security updates. In order to stay compatible with WordPress, you’ll need to update to the current version of Event Espresso 3, which is Event Espresso 3.1.37.11.p.
