Can't change country – keeps switching back

Hi,

Because EE doesn’t support multi-currency, we decided to create a second site for Denmark and keeping the first site set to Canada.

I copied the existing site keeping all of the events we’d created and were going to reset prices to reflect the cost in kroner however whenever I switch to Denmark, it keeps switching back to Canada under the General Settings > Countries tab.

Is this because I have pre-existing events set in Canadian currency or is something else going wrong?

Hi Rose,

This doesn’t sound like something is going wrong. It turns out you change the Country in Event Espresso > General Settings > Your Organization.

The Countries tab is where you can set up information for any country by selecting a country and then set up its information.

Thanks Josh. That fixed it.

I didn’t realize currency was set by Organization details.
