You actually reached out to us about the same error a few months ago, and found it was a plugin conflict with the mapping plugin. Here’s a link to your other topic:
you’re right, i realized that right after I posted and it was indeed the same issue but I wasn’t filtering out the maps plugin on the events_transaction page. So i’m good there. But now that it’s working, it doesn’t seem that a refund via authorize.net is possible via the admin?
You’ll still need to initiate any refunds from within your Authnet merchant account. The refund button in the transactions admin of Event Espresso is for accounting purposes only.
