Can't Add to Cart

Having a strange issue where our users cannot register for events. In testing, it happens most of the time that you select a number of tickets, but then when you go to the cart or registration, there are 0 tickets. Every once in a while I can get it to work, then it seems to work for all events, but I’m not sure what’s causing that.

We are using WPEngine and I’ve tried clearing caches, which seems to work for a bit, then it stops again. We have requested the cache exclusions listed here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-wpengine-hosting-event-espresso/. Have new versions added new exclusions we should add?

Your currently posting in the community forums.

The details in the link you posted are the current steps for WP Engine, but does depends if you’ve change the event slug.

Can you link me to an event I can view?

Apologies for the delayed reply, we don’t monitor the community forums in the same way do the premium forums. Your current user account doesn’t have an active support license so it will only allow you to post in the community forums.

I can see your site is running the meta pixel plugin, we’ve had a few reports of issues from their newer updates causing issues such as the ones you’ve mentioned.

Can you tr disabling meta and see if that stops the issues?
