I logged into your website with the information you sent, and I see there are no events created yet! So while there are some event options to choose from, you won’t have actual events to select from in the menu manager until you create some events.
So for example, if you go to Customize > Menus, select a menu, then click on add items, it will open a panel where you’ll see
Custom Links
Pages
Posts
Then Event Espresso adds:
Events
Venues
then later Event Espresso also adds
Event Categories
Venue Categories
Once you’ve added some events and maybe some event categories you’ll be able to choose those from the menu editor.
