Hello I purchased the plugin today around 12 noon PST. The purchase was made with email cobasi1@… for account bizyspot. Please activate my download of version 4. Thanks.

Sorry about that, not sure why the account hasn’t auto generated.

I cannot trace an account with those details, except the user account you posted with.

Could you please forward a copy of the purchase receipt to support@eventespresso.com and include a link to this forum thread in the email and we will get your account sorted asap.

In reply to my messages, I get this email from mailer-daemon@googlemail.com
