Cannot view complete layout or update my events

The layout of my events page has changed making all editable pieces un-viewable and un-editable. When I try to click on the page to move around it immediately makes a duplicate events page. It also recently changed all my open events to sold out even thought there are spaces available.

Hi Brenna,

I logged into your website with the information you sent, and saw that your site is running an outdated version of Event Espresso 4. You can update to the current version by going to the WP > Plugins page. There you will see an “update now” link you can click to update Event Espresso to version 4.9.45.p. Updating to the current version may fix the issue on your website.

It will not let me update. Do I need to upgrade license?

I checked your site again and it’s now running the current version. So it did let you update right?

It says 4.8.1 down at the bottom corner of the dashboard page but ok. I can at least see my pages again. Only I still cannot seem to update from the sold out status.

4.8.1 is actually the site’s WordPress software version. Your site’s Event Espresso software is up to date now with version 4.9.45.p.

I checked one of the events and the reason it’s sold out is because all of the datetime registration limits have been met. Is there an event in particular where the datetime limits haven’t been met but it’s showing sold out? If so, which one?
