Hi! I’m having trouble uploading image logo for my new custom ticket. I’ve tried the trick I read on previous support post, but the problem persists as you can see from my screenshot. I’m using EE 3.1.37.8.P with WP 4.5.1. Thanks in advance. |
Hi there, If you view the source code on the page, does the img show the correct url? You can usually right click on the image and select inspect – http://take.ms/qi6Mm What do you have for the image src on your site? – http://take.ms/TaXrr |

Hi, Tony! Something seems to be wrong. Here’s what I have for the image: |
Hi Meng, In the bottom right area of the screenshot, there is the number 10 with a red x next to it which means some errors are appearing on the page. Are you able to upload and view an image anywhere else in the WP dashboard? For example, if you insert an image in the ticket description area, then does it appear? — |

Hi Lorenzo! So far I haven’t encountered the similar problem in anywhere else in the dashboard. Screenshot |

As a comparison, here’s the source code on the page for the earlier custom ticket I’ve made: screenshot |
Hi Meng, Can you go in to edit that ticket, click Upload Image, upload the image or select the image from the Media Library, then copy and paste the contents from the Link URL field? |

Hi, Josh! Done that already but nothing worked. |
Can you copy and paste that link URL here? |

Hi Meng, The image takes a really long time to load when I click on your link. What may be happening is the request times out when the WP admin page tries to load it. Can you try uploading the image file to a image hosting service, then use the URL from the image hosting service for the ticket logo? |

Hi Josh, I think I’ve just solved the problem. I retried to upload the logo image by using one that’s already in the media library. And then I paste the link of the image in the Link URL field that was previously empty. And voila! (screenshot) |
Thanks for the update. The Link URL field does need a URL for that to work. |
