Cannot update via WordPress Dashboard despite having an active Key

Hi there, I cannot update event espresso via WordPress Dashboard despite having an active Key that has been entered. It tells me my key is inactive. When I log into my account, it’s active.

Can you please fix this?

Hi there,

Although I can’t see any issue on your account I’ve reset your license key to confirm.

You’ll need to go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key (cut) and save the settings, then replace the key (paste) and save once again. That should re-assign your key to the domain again.

Please let me know if you continue to have issues after the above.
