Cannot Update to 4.3.0.p.

I’m unable to update and receive an error message stating that my current membership status only allows for updates on one domain. I had event espresso on a different domain for a while but de-activated it a long time ago. When I check my account it tells me under the license key that it’s only active on the account that I want it active on. It doesn’t list the old one whatsoever. What is going on?

Hi,

I’ve just reset your Support License Key. In a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation to your email address on your Event Espresso account.

If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your key and click on Save once more.

These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.
