Cannot update payment info

The link does not work. Upon clicking on the update payment link, nothing happens.

Can you let me know which link you are referring to?

Maybe include a screenshot of what you see: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots

Are you within the admin? If so is the site language set to English or another?
