Cannot select date when adding event

Hi

In admin when trying to add new event in EE4, i cannot select/open “Open event tickets and datetimes” .. just no dropdown menu ..

When event added then in event list it says

– No Date was saved for this Event
– No Tickets have been setup for this Event

is it just me being blind for some settings? ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi Gregor, is your software up-to-date?

If it is and the issue continues, then this is likely a conflict with another plugin.

Try temporarily deactivating all plugins.

Then reactivate Event Espresso and re-test. If it works, then begin restoring a few plugins at a time until you find the source of the conflict.

Hi Lorenzo

I inserted activationkey and then asked me for update ( i was one version behind) I updated the plugin and now every time i click on Events it gets me to Espresso about page.

I have done settings and payment methods as asked inEspresso about, but still i cannot get into Events .. everything else works

Running on latest Twenty Fourteen theme with only Espresso plugins … pure default thing

UPDATE

Deactivating all plugins from EE4, Events link works … activating one by one – till last – Events link works. Strange.

Still cannot choose tickets and datepicker

Hi Gregor, I understand what you are describing and I have another question. Were you recently adjusting the translations for Event Espresso?

If so, could you go to WP-admin –> Settings. Then set the language to English and save. Then after the page refreshes, switch it back to your language and save changes again.
