Cannot see the registrants address and phone number

I am having a hard time finding where my registrants address and phone number is stored. When I am in the registrant menu item, and am looking at my contact details my address and phone number is empty…for all of my registrants! When you purchase a ticket you do have to enter your address and phone number, so where is that information stored? I need to have this available to manage my tickets. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

What version of Event Espresso are you using?

EE4. I did figure out that I did not check the box in the backend of the event editing page…so now it asks for it…yay!!! The only problem is I would like to enter in the additional people’s personal name, but not the email address…but it seems to be required. Please see the checkout page for:

You will see if you have purchased 2 tickets it is requiring for the 2nd registrants email address…can I disable this?

Event Espresso needs a name and an email to process a registration correctly since there may be cases where the additional registrants information is different than that of the primary registrants.
