Cannot run the latest update on my WordPress website

Hi,
I am only using EE3 Personal License on 1 website. I did recently redo this website and had to install it on the new one before I took down the old one and made the new one live…that is the only reason why I can imagine that I get this message in my dashboard:
“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
My account is current, I am not using more than 1 license, not sure what to do?

Hi Jeff,

You’ll need a key reset in this case because the same key was also used on
253.d69.myftpupload.com.

I’ll go and reset your key now. If the other site is no longer active you can go to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page and save and that should remove the message.
