It seems that I cannot reset the reserved tickets. The reserved ones are more than a month old and that is why the event shows as sold out. I went to maintenance tab and tried to reset the tickets and I got an error message that was sent by email. Here is the email:
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Event Espresso.

First, visit your website (https://omnilargess.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://omnilargess.com/wp-admin/admin.php?s&_wpnonce=1b79a2d997&action=delete_registrations&month_range&EVT_CAT=-1&_reg_status=0&page=espresso_registrations&route=default&perpage=20&restore_registrations_nonce=cf9118c480&delete_registrations_nonce=96a5564043&paged=1&_REG_ID%5B0%5D=1771&_REG_ID%5B1%5D=1770&_REG_ID%5B2%5D=1769&_REG_ID%5B3%5D=1768&_REG_ID%5B4%5D=1767&_REG_ID%5B5%5D=1736&_REG_ID%5B6%5D=1732&_REG_ID%5B7%5D=1731&_REG_ID%5B8%5D=1730&_REG_ID%5B9%5D=1729&_REG_ID%5B10%5D=1727&_REG_ID%5B11%5D=1719&_REG_ID%5B12%5D=1715&_REG_ID%5B13%5D=1713&_REG_ID%5B14%5D=1711&_REG_ID%5B15%5D=1710&_REG_ID%5B16%5D=1709&_REG_ID%5B17%5D=1708&_REG_ID%5B18%5D=1706&_REG_ID%5B19%5D=1705&action2=-1&default_nonce=94d2e6b960) and check for any visible issues.

Hi Ted,

Unfortunately, those ‘user friendly’ errors from WordPress don’t help identify the problem. To know what actually causes the error we need the ‘full’ error which can usually be found in your host’s control panel (they usually have a section to view the error logs) or in a errog.log (or similar) file in the root directory of the site.

If you can check the server error logs right after triggering the above and post the error for us to view we can dig into this further.

Those errors look like they are from the admin trying to trash registrations rather than the reserved reset, are there no others?

Hi Tony,
I was just trying to reset the reserved tickets and got these error messages. The system still thinks that there are some reserved tickets and I cannot find them! What should I do?

Thanks again,
Ted

Hmm, strange.

The error messages you are posting are from trying to delete registrations from the trashed view, the reset ticket reservation button does not call those functions.

So to get the error right now, you would go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> Reset/Delete Data.

Click on the ‘Reset Ticket and Datetime Reserved Counts’ and you get the above error and same email?
