Cannot proceed to SagePay Payment Gateway

Hi,

We are replacing an existing PayPal gateway on our customer’s site with the SagePay gateway and are testing this on a staging copy of the site prior to deployment.

We have added the SagePay gateway alongside PayPal for the purposes of testing but have found that the SagePay gateway cannot proceed further than the ‘Proceed to finalise registration’ button whereas the PayPal then redirects to, well, PayPal.

There don’t appear to be any JS errors in the console and we’ve removed all but the essential plugins but still cannot proceed past this point.

Can you offer any advice as to why this might be?

Hi James,

Have you followed the steps on the wiki page or setting up your SagePay account with the servers IP? See:

(Note that I’ve also seen the request used to contact SagePay have a different IP than the IP of your webserver so double-check the IP is correct)

Can you link me to an event so I can take a look?
