Cannot get updates automatically

I have noticed an odd happening within EE when updates are released. I have a valid support license key, but every time a new update is released I get an error that says something to the effect of
Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain.
I only have one site. I request a key reset and that seems to address the problem, but it keeps returning as soon as another update is released.

In case it is relevant, I know in the past I have had problems with EE stuff because my site is installed in a subdirectory and I am using redirection for the /wordpress/ directory
(under general settings, my wordpress address has /wordpress and my site address is just http://www.msff.org) I do not know if that is relevant or not, when I am in the admin screens, the wordpress subdirectory is there.

Any help you can provide to keep my site activated properly is appreciated.

Hello,

I’ve just rolled over your existing Support License Key and created a new one ending in 87. You can find it in your Event Espresso account page:

If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the existing key. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your key and click on Save Options.

If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your key and click on Save once more.

These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso and allow you to update.

Thanks. I updated the key. Previous if I hit save multiple times on the general settings they key would turn red. This new key so far has not done that. If I continue to have issues, I will open a new ticket.
