I have been trying to update the registration form with additional questions, but to no avail. It seems to be similar to the prior post linked below, but I have already reviewed the questions for primary registrant and checked the appropriate boxes for the questions I want to add.

Can you confirm if you already created Question and a Question Group?
If yes, then lets ensure that question is added to correct question group.
1. You have to go to your WP Dashboard, go to EE, then Click Registration Form under Management. Then Click question group and edit the question group you want to edit.

2. Scroll Down, till you see the List of Question, Then select question you want to add in your Group.

3. Click Save/ Save and close

I watch the Loom Video you sent, but it is just black screen and there was no sound. Can you shoot again and send the video here?

Thank you, In the video, there are some questions added right? so your problem is, there are some question that wasn’t included?
can you check if the questions are not set to admin only?

if they’re not check and they still do not show up, kindly tell us what kind of question type are they? is it a date picker, a text, a number etc.

Thank you! Looks like that must have been it. Only one of the questions was marked admin only, but once I changed that the other started appearing too. I appreciate your help.
