Cannot delete "Pending Payment" Registration

Hello,

I have a few registrations which are showing as “pending payment”, even though they are not complete they are still locked and will not let me delete them. I believe there was an issue when the person tried to pay, but either way they signed up and paid again.

This left a bunch of the same person in the event registrations, so I want to delete the ones that show pending.

I also tried to change the status to “cancelled” but I still cannot delete.

Hi Alexander,

Here are the steps to delete an attendee record:

1) Go to the transactions details screen and remove any payments by clicking on the trash can icon in the payments area
2) Then go to the registration overview screen and then trash the registration
3) Permanently delete the registration
