Cannot create question

Dear in charge, I have a personal EE4 license but I cant create new customised Questions

Hi there,

You’re site currently has the Decaf version of Event Espresso installed on it which is the stripped down version of EE.

Go to Dashboard -> Plugins.

Find Event Espresso in the list and you’ll see it has version 4.9.55.decaf.

De-activate and delete that version of the plugin (you will not lose Event data but create a backup beforehand to be safe).

Go to your account page, download the latest version of Event Espresso there.

Then upload that version through Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin and activate.

You’ll now have the full version of EE with all features.
