Cannot checkout on events with multiple tickets

Hi we are really desperate to push the site live because the event is coming

Events with single ticket worked fine but those who have multiple tickets return transaction failed.

“An error has occurred” Transaction not processed system error.”

Did you check your PHP error logs to see if a PHP error was captured? Also, is there any caching enabled on your server?

We don’t have any caching and on the server

This is the only significant error I can see

Hello Guys,

This is really frustrating. We’ve been months trying to reach support since from the start and not even a single problem was solved. Its because of the very poor support you are providing. I took days for us to have a response which makes us keep waiting for SO LONG and will just receive another question.

I checked your site and it appears that your ticket selector has been heavily customized. If you remove the customizations, does it begin to work?
