Since the last update I always get the massage: Please note that the Event Status has automatically been changed to Ausverkauft because there are no more spaces available for this event. However, this change is not permanent until you update the event. You can change the status back to something else before updating if you wish.
I tried limit 0, limit 1000 , change the status ….. Always the same. I habe to different tickets for one event and only 72 payed and 80 not payed registered
Thanks, the screenshot helps. The clue I see in the screenshot that may point to the solution here is the archived tickets. Are those assigned to the two datetimes? If so, can you try un-assigning from to the datetimes?
yes they are assigned, i made a new date, assigned them to that und then i deleted the date and now the archive (test-tickets) have been gone.
but it still does not work to reactivate the event:
We’ve been investigating this and it looks like an issue with how the datetimes are calculating the sold values in the latest version of Event Espresso. We have created a ticket for our developers to fix this.
In the mean time you’ll need to downgrade to version 4.8.14.p to get your ticket sales active once again. Here is a link to download that version:
