Cannot add an event ticket or see advanced settings on default ticket.
Tried disabling other plugins, switching themes, deleting and reinstalling Event Expresso. Nothing fixes it. Have same settings and plugins working on another site

Hi there,
It sounds like there is a JS error on the event editor.
If you load the event editor and open up Chrome Dev Tools (or similar), then look at the console section, so you see any errors there?

Hi Brad,
We’ve received your request for priority support. I’m afraid the WordPress admin credentials you sent are not correct. Can you correct those or resend with the correct information?
Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you. May I ask which browser did you see the error on (e.g. Chrome, Firefox) and have you tried clearing your browser’s cache?
The reason I ask is because, try as I might, I’m not seeing any errors and the editor adds tickets as expected.

is there a problem we need to fix of is this just a glitch with the cache?

It works for me with Chrome. Can you try logging into the site with user account you sent us? I’d like to know if that makes any difference for you.
If it doesn’t work even with that account, then it might be an issue with your version of Chrome, or there’s a browser extension that’s interfering.

Probably a cached version of a script that conflicted. Nothing to fix with that.
