Cancelling payment in Worldpay

Hi Support

If a successful payment is subsequently canceled via the worldpay administration portal, should this cancellation get passed back and update the users registration payment status in event espresso?

Hi Michael,

Making a change in your merchant account area will not update Event Espresso. You would need to update the payment status through the Attendee record page in the WordPress admin.
