I’ve been using EE since 2010 and have become frustrated with it. I just switched ticketing systems and before I fully commit to the new one, I’m wondering if someone from EE would contact me to discuss the issues I had with EE and see if they’re easily fixed. I don’t want to jump ship if I don’t have to.
