Hi Dorian, so as you can see these two transactions have a status of ‘cancelled’. With that said, why does it show free by the payment and complete?

Hi there,
Those are not actually transactions, those are registrations with a status of cancelled. Cancelled registrations have their pricing removed from the transaction, as both of the registrations have been cancelled there’s no cost in the transaction.
We could probably change that to display better but its the registration status that affects the sold counts etc, not the transaction status so those cancelled registrations don’t apply to anything.
