Cancelled Registration Messages

Hey guys,

When a registrant signed up for multiple events, then cancels one of them, they get 2 emails – 1 registration approved and 1 registration cancelled. The messages are correct, but are we doing something wrong to trigger that Registration Approved message? It is redundant, as they already received it at the time of registration. I would think that only the Registration Cancelled message should be sent for that particular event they cancelled instead of the 2 messages.

Any suggestions?

Hi Derek,

Can you add a full breakdown of how you are cancelling the registration?

The reason I ask is I’ve tested this on a couple of sites and when I cancel the registration I’m only getting a single registration cancelled email – https://monosnap.com/file/uVeKOc79Z9y8W7rShtxD8vVOCf0yN3
