When a registrant signed up for multiple events, then cancels one of them, they get 2 emails – 1 registration approved and 1 registration cancelled. The messages are correct, but are we doing something wrong to trigger that Registration Approved message? It is redundant, as they already received it at the time of registration. I would think that only the Registration Cancelled message should be sent for that particular event they cancelled instead of the 2 messages.
