Cancelled registration does not free up slot

I have an event that is sold out

at bosworthsgc.co.uk/trader

I have had a cancellation which I have done a refund and this automatically cancels the registration

I have another trader to book in to the freed up slots but it has not freed the slots – it is still showing as sold out

Can you help please

Hi there,

Cancellations don’t automatically switch the status of the event for you (this is currently intended behaviour).

Edit the event and set the status to published (top right of the editor) then update the event, does it then stop showing sold out?
