Hi there, I have an issue where the number of reserved when you cancelled the registration does not match a logic value. We have an event with 1 tickets and 10 avalable space. * User A choose 7 tickets. * User B choose 2 tickets. * In the Back-end reserved tickets = 9 Till now every thing is ok but: * User B ( 2 tickets) cancel registration. * In the Back-end reserved tickets = 5 !!!!!!! (should be 7 tickets?) * User A ( 7 tickets) cancel registration. * In the Back-end reserved tickets = 0 (It’s right) Is it logic or i miss some setting? Also i can’t see Event Espresso > Maintenance menu (EE4 Version 4.9.53.p ). |
Hi inside, May I ask how exactly are User A and User B cancelling their registrations? If the Event Espresso > Maintenance menu is missing that’s an indication that your user account is missing the capability to see the menu. If that’s the case you can restore the missing capability by logging into the website as an admin, then point the browser to this URL:
(replace Then you click on the Reset Event Espresso Capabilities button. |

I’m afraid that didn’t answer my question. When you say they cancel their registrations are they they clicking on a link (and if so what link?), making a telephone call and requesting a cancellation, closing the browser window, or by some other means? |
