Hi there, Looks like the site has been migrated from another server and the link wasn’t changed, did you recently have work done on the site by a developer? If not this could have been this way for a while, in any case, let’s get it fixed! I can’t see a working cancellation policy page on your site so before we move forward on how to fix it, do you have the link for the cancellation policy on the site? To explain a little, although Event Espresso is showing that link on the page, its just a link to (what I assume is) another page on your site that someone as set up outside of Event Espresso, so I need to know where that link should go so I can advise how to fix it. If you go to /wp-admin/ (the Dashboard) and then go to ‘Pages’ can you see a cancelation policy pag there? Or was it a download for a say a PDF? |

Good Morning Tony! |
Depending on what the developer has done it may not matter which page they were working on 🙂
Great! Thank you
The link in use on the EE question needs to be updated and its relative straight forward to do now we know the correct address for the page. Go to Event Espresso -> Registration Form. Thats going to list all of the questions created within Event Espresso. Find the Question with ID 14 (you’ll see the ID numbers on the left of the table, one for each question) Click on the question name/title to edit that question. In the ‘Question text’ field you want something like this:
Click save and then retest another registration. Does it work then? The page and section you are looking for looks like this: |
