Cancellation of duplicate ticket

If I cancel the ticket within event espresso, will it automatically issue a refund. One ticket was purchased with Paypal Express and the second was purchased with Payeezy. What would be the best solution to provide a refund.

Hi Vernon,

In any case, no refund will be issued. You’ll need to go in to the payment processor account and issue a refund from there. You’ll do well to check refund policies because one provider may or may not refund the transaction fee.

You could either apply the refund or delete the payment. Please note though, no actual refund will be issued. The options there are purely for accounting purposes, the actual refund will need to be initiated from the payment processor account.
