Cancel Subscription

Hi,

Recently bought EE4 and few add-ons, I just wonder on how I can cancel the subscription since I don’t want any recurring billing and currently happy of what I have.

Hi Charlo,

I shared steps on how to do that in your email to us earlier this week. You can cancel by going to this link:

https://eventespresso.com/users/charlobaysan#account-settings

On the left side of the screen you will see your current subscriptions. Click on cancel and they won’t be renewed next year.
