Hello! I had a question that may have been answered in this thread but wasn’t posted on the forum.
This system must allow the users to book a guided tour.
The tour will be confirmed only if tour reaches a minimum number of visitors.
I am trying to do something similar for our training team and would like there to be 6 attendees (or more) by a specific date or else the attendees will get a cancellation notice. Can I confirm this is possible?
Thank you so much for the support! I’ve been learning so much! =)
This isn’t something that is a feature out of the box. One thing you can do is to require admin approval for all registrations (in General Settings (EE3)). Then once the threshold has been reached, you can approve the registrations and collect payment.
That might work… we’re requiring students to register with the WordPress website before they’re able to register for classes (managed by event espresso). Is this the “Enable attendee pre-approval feature?” under General Settings?
Lots of questions!… But I think most could be answered with a walkthrough. Is that already provided somewhere I can reference?
Enabled under General and found the “Attendee Pre-Approval Required?” Yes/No on the event editor… but what does it do? “require admin approval for all registrations … then you can approve the registrations and collect payment.” doesn’t make much sense to me.
The support post ‘Cancel Event if Minimum Attendees is Not Reached’ is closed to new replies.
