After a short period a trial with EE3 and EE4 we are close to sign up for a business licence in order to manage with internal event in my company.
There is one point that I can’t figure out looking in the forums (I can’t view the answer from staff, except for pre sales) is the cancelling process.
So here is my question :
– Did a non-registered user able to cancel a registration to an event ?
– Can we place a “cancel registration” link right inside the confirmation email ?
– Same questions for the Multiple Attendee Registration option, I’ve seen on website that is doable to modify by adding or removing attendees, but does it also mean it’s possible for non registered users ?
Another point is the billing process. As we will organise free events only, is there is a way to bypass the payment steps, and change the text referring to “payment” to another kind of text everywhere in the template (button, confirmation page etc…)
