We know that for a time after a user has selected a ticket to book, the system allocates that ticket so that it can’t be purchased by another user. And you did tell me what that time was but I can’t remember. A couple of hours?
Has this time increased in the change from version 4.x to 5.x ?
Our gut feeling is that it has; I received this from my client:
“This seems to be happening regularly now. I am concerned that we may miss out on bookings as places are allocated against incomplete bookings. It is a very time consuming process to keep checking the system manually to make sure it hasn’t happened. We had a similar problem with the Safety Boat course.”
If the time has changed, is there any way to reduce it?
