Hi,
Client would like to make it clearer in the booking process that participant details do not need to be entered on initial booking. They suggest that there could be a question where the customer is asked if they know their participant details and if they answer no then the participant details forms could be hidden? And that also needs to be made easier to enter the participant details at a later date.
We do have the WP User Integration add-on configured.
Do you know whether this is possible please?

Hi Anita,
The closest feature that EE4 has that’s similar is the copy all checkbox. What you could do is change the wording there to include a message that says if they do not have all additional participant details, then they can check the copy all checkbox.
