Hi, is this possible to change the following as I am not able to see any options within Event Espresso. Emails / Invoices – remove VAT number on the invoice – Registration Approved – This email has a second “connect with us” box – I think for the venue. Could you tell me how to delete a field like that? – There is also a “questions and answers” field ([RECIPIENT_QUESTION_LIST]) – how can I edit that? – I need to get an email and also mobile phone number for each participant, i.e. this is important also when booking is for more than one person. I’d also like to ask “How did you find us?”. – Registration Pending Payment email – which URL do I add to the “make a payment here” button? Thanks |

Yes, but you would need to edit each template and change the button to use a different colour, or you can add your own.

I’m not sure I follow this. If your tickets are taxable they show the tax value, otherwise not, but you don’t want to show that even if charged?
You can edit the templates within Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Registration Approved. Some messages (such as registration approved) have multiple contexts in which they are used and each context has its own template, see: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-working-with-message-contexts/ The connect with us section for the venue is in the ‘event list’ section – http://take.ms/FJOSx Remove that and update.
That’s the QUESTION_LIST section, it loops over all the questions/answers for the recipient and outputs whats in that section for each one. What would you like to edit?
Just the email and mobile phone number? You could add the phone number question to the ‘Personal Information’ question group and then also select that group for additional registrants, but it depends on how you want registrations to work.
