For a golf fundraiser, we have
• a ticket for 1 golfer and
• another ticket for 1 golfer, and 5 raffle tickets.

We have a maximum of 136 golfers. Can these two tickets be set up such that the maximum number of golfers is not superseded?

Hi there,

You need to use 1 datetime for those 2 tickets.

Tickets grant access to datetimes so you have can X number of ticket types all assigned to a specific DateTime, each of those tickets can have their own qty set but the DateTime is the overall qty to sell.

Which editor are you using? I’ll show you an example

I’m using the Advanced editor.

Ok, so heres a quick example of how you set 2 ticket types.

https://monosnap.com/file/C7t7UmUnsLToy51ZOUTRlF3Lcxzh4m

The Main Admission ticket is set to apply to the Main Datetime
Main datetime has a qty of 50
Main admission has a qty of 10

So you can currently sell 10 tickets for that datetime and it will be sold out (because all tickets assigned to it sill be sold out).

Class Datetime has Class Admission 1 and Class Admission 2 set to it.
Class Datetime has a limit of 10
TGhe 2 tickets both have a limit of 10.

You can sell any combination of those 2 tickets up to a limit of 10.

5 x Class 1 and 5 x Class 1 VIP for example
2 x Class 1 and 8 Class 1 VIP.

Any combination up to a max of 10.

Thats what you’re looking for, correct?

You set up the above by assigning the specific ticket types to each relevant datetime.

So in this example, Main Datetime only has Main admission assigned to it:

Class Datetime has both Class tickets:

https://monosnap.com/file/rFyR7c4i87OGG4sdW2GFwgSy8KAfUT

You open those sections for assigning tickets by click on the Ticket Assignment Manager for each datetime: https://monosnap.com/file/B0c60Ue8fsoBjOEJMmyoW0AA6Rkqt4

Is that what you are looking for?
