WP 4.7.1
EE 4.9.25
Godaddy MWP

All has been working fine for the last year. All of a sudden after updating both EE and WP we are receiving this error.

Nothing in your Event Queue

You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.

I do not believe it is cache issue. Where else can I look?

I am happy to give you a login to look at the site.

thank you

lori

May I ask how do you reckon it’s not a cache issue? The reason I ask is because usually the Nothing in Your event queue message is displayed when there is a caching issue. Can you check to see if the object-cache.php file is not in the /wp-content/ directory of your website? If the file is there, it needs to be deleted.

Hi Lori,

Can I ask why you don’t believe it to be a caching issue?

Generally issues with showing Nothing in your Event Queue is caused by caching.

However I did test an event on your site and did not see that error, but I did get ‘Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.’

Do you have access to the server error logs? If so can you see any errors from EE with those?

I have been running with no issues for a long time. I didn’t think any of the cache settings had been changed. However GoDaddy did update to WP the other day.
Prior to my finding the “Nothing in your Event Queue” I had complaints for Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.’ This was happening once in awhile. Where would I look for Server Error Logs? I may not as I am working with managed wordpress. Thank you!
