I need help, I cant access the payment methods. Instead there is a white page and in the right lower corner some cryptic messages,which are also not possible to open.

Unfortunately I can´t post a screenshot . There are only the 5 or 6 buttons on the top visible, to click on them does not move anything

I’ve seen that issue before, it means the DB software running now has updated since the original tables were added and it used a different collation type on the new table.
Fixing it can be done using this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/database-collation-fix/
I’d grab a quick database backup for the site beforehand just be safe, using something like UpDraft:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/
However, updating the collation is pretty low risk to begin with.
