I can no longer process authorize.net payments and am not sure why.
I have made sure my api info is all correct. They have assured me that they are not even seeing my requests.

Any ideas why during check out on the payment screen, i am getting “This registration step could not be completed. Please refresh the page and try again.”

There is no long that actually tells me why from what i can see.

Any ideas?

Hi Joe,

The error you saw indicates that the server is running low on memory or is throwing a PHP error when the page processes the data. It may be that all it needs is a memory limit bump. You can bump up the limit for the memory by following this guide:

You can increase the amount of memory available for WordPress by following this guide:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

You can use an [FTP client][1] and [a text editor][2] to edit the site’s wp-config.php file:

Thanks for the reply. I have played with the memory use that that did not fix it.

Any way i can see what the error actually means? enable a log somewhere? it is not even logging payments in the payment methods log area. What would be the next idea that would cause this?

The PHP errors can be logged by following this guide:

Was it that the PHP cURL module wasn’t installed?
