I am confused about whether or not i would be able to use EE with Drupal. On your FAQ is specifically states NO. But then i came across this page: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ticket-selector-embed-code/ which suggests i could create events through my account here and then take generated embed code and throw it into my Drupal site.
Any web page be it powered by Drupal or something can use the embed code. While your account here on eventespresso.com doesn’t allow for creating events, you can sign up for an account on Event Smart to create events and manage event registrations there. Then you can use the embed codes on other websites to display the event’s ticket selector there.
Hey Josh, thanks for the super fast reply.. and YES.. i would have thought that was the purpose of Event Smart.. as in why would your company limit itself to WP sites or clients forcing users to go off site to an eventsmart site to buy tickets… but, the Event Smart REALLY does seem to suggest that is the way it works. No mention of embedding into another site and when i go to signup it asks me for a subdomain off eventsmart.com to use for my site.
but.. here’s to hoping i am wrong – and you are right.. π
